Q: what care do I need to take with the product?
A: most leathers are pretty hardwearing and, with a little care & attention, will remain pristine for ages —indeed, even a pale cowhide rug can be eternally spotless
Q: How do I clean the leathers?
A: cowhide repels virtually all stains & dirt, and is totally fade-resistant. any spills can simply be wiped up with a damp cloth*. a good brush or vacuuming on a light suction-setting is generally all it needs. use a mild alcohol solution on stubborn stains such as grease or ink
upholstery leather & suede need no more than a gentle rub with a damp cloth* when necessary
* use a little shampoo in the water
Q: how best do I transport a carpet?
A: roll any rug with it's top-side facing out. the roll can be as tight as possible – the rug will always flatten out quickly enough
